Vertical Cooler 
The high temperature materials calcined in rotary kiln flow into the vertical cooler inlaid with refractory material. There are four cooling discharging areas in the cooler, and discharging speed in each area can be controlled independently according to the temperature of materials. Central wind caps and branch cool caps are evenly distributed in the cooler. Wind caps are connected with the fans through pipes. Materials, covering on wind caps, fall along the buses of wind caps and contact reversely with cold air released from air holes, finally finish heat exchange. Materials that cooled to *0℃+ environmental temperature are discharged from the cooler gradually by the vibrating unloader. The heated air enters into the rotary kiln directly through hood of kiln head and participates in combustion as secondary air. The cooler has a simple structure, good cooling effects, with no moving parts and little maintenance.
